KM Studio — Renovation & Finishing
A multi-page website for a one-person renovation company. The goal: show that “small company” means “more care”, and give the customer everything needed to decide — without phoning around for generalities.

Starting point
A growing company where the owner does most of the work personally. Competitors are big crews with anonymous sites full of slogans. KM Studio’s edge — a personal approach and fair pricing — was getting lost because there was nowhere to show it.
What the site contains
- A hero with districts — it is clear at once where the company works.
- An “About” section built around real figures from a finished job (81.52 m² of painted walls, 29.57 m² of ceilings) instead of generalities.
- Six service tiles with expandable, detailed scope for each — from a single wall to a bathroom renovation.
- A five-step process: enquiry → quote → date → materials → job.
- A project gallery with filters (Offices / Flats / Bathrooms / Process) and captions with addresses and materials used.
- An always-visible “Call” button — floating at the bottom of the screen, on mobile too.
Design decisions
A dark palette with a gold accent — serious but warm; it suits a craft, not a corporation. Photos from real jobs instead of stock. Specific addresses and materials next to the photos, because they build trust in someone letting a stranger into their flat.
Technology
Plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript — no CMS and no licence costs. Hosting on Netlify with a free HTTPS certificate. The owner gets full access to the files.
