Do I need to know anything about computers?
No. We handle the technical side: domain, hosting, publishing. You bring knowledge of your business and decide what suits you.
What if I do not like the demo?
You pay nothing and owe nothing. The demo exists so you can see the real thing before spending a penny.
How long does it take?
The demo usually takes 3–5 days. A finished, published website takes 5–7 days from demo approval and receiving your materials (photos, text, logo).
How much does a website for a small business cost?
Packages start from about €140 for a one-page site, about €350 for a multi-page business website, and about €350 plus €30 per month with an ongoing care plan. Prices are final: Cloud Agency is VAT-exempt. Unusual scope is quoted after a short chat.
Can I cancel later?
Yes. We do not tie you to multi-year contracts. With the monthly care plan you cancel at the end of the billing period — the website and domain stay yours.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. We register the domain in your name and you get full access to the website files once it is live.
I have Facebook and a Google Business profile — why do I need a website?
Facebook and Google show your number and reviews, but they do not explain why someone should choose you. A website does, and it is the one place you can link to from every ad and post. A Google profile works best when it leads to a proper website.
How many customers until the website pays for itself?
It depends on what one job is worth to you. If it is worth more than the package price, one job is enough. We do not promise a specific number of enquiries — that depends on your trade, city and competition.
